Estimation vary wide across the industry, they are small they are large. But the sole motto behind estimation is only to improve and not criticize.
This Estimation doesn’t have a magic to improve, but only magic is that you can find out where things getting mess up.
In spite of all the Metrics and Estimation the problem is still our, we don’t have any silver bullet for every problem. The only bullet we have to kill huge monsters is a Self driven Resource, with greatly team involvement and some time to dream.
Though we have a hell lot of Jargon on Metrics available across the industry, only common sense, job satisfaction, appreciation mail and our value toward contribution can solve the problems.
Lets us all follow metrics to add value to our common sense and problem solving ability.
Why not make a Difference by contributing some thing back to Organization we are paid. Why do we hold ourselves back for give a Value Add-on to our Team or Organization?
